All
completed jobs can be prepared for Dispatch. Delivery Challans
can be made online. Items can be delivered in parts that are
component wise. One can also choose to deliver part quantity
of one or more components of a total job.
The deliveries can be to different locations of the customer.
Dispatch by post like certificate of posting for mass mailings
can be managed. Dispatch by private courier agency can also
be managed with suitable bill passing for courier and transport
agency bill afterwards. All dispatches are linked to the Jobs,
thus enabling accurate monitoring of jobs completed but pending
deliveries.
It
also manages the billable and non-billable Challans.
Client artworks, blocks and other materials received for production
process can be returned and recorded in the system.
